Nina E. Woodard Ms. Woodard serves currently as the President and Chief ‘N’ Sights Officer for Nina E. Woodard & Associates. She launched this company upon her return to the US at the end of the third quarter of 2008. Using customized executive coaching and strategic business consulting strategies, Ms. Woodard strives to heighten confidence in business leaders as they move into foreign markets, help them increase their understanding of the cultural nuances influencing business in their target country, and engage in more meaningful and productive communications with their foreign colleagues to increase business results. In addition to her expertise in India, Thailand, and across Southeast Asia and the Americas, she consults with organizations interested in building high-performance workplaces leveraging their people, technology, and strategy to build a sustainable future.
Today, in addition to running her business, Ms. Woodard is a Lecturer at the University of Arizona Global Campus in the Forbes School of Business and Technology and the College of Business at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Ms. Woodard currently serves on the Board of Safe Place for Pets in Colorado Springs. She is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant for Husys Consulting India and an Executive Coach for Chromologic LLC in the US.
