Overview:

HR Navigation 2025 and beyond

Why should you Attend:

The shifts in our society as a result of the political environment and the level of doubt and uncertainty is a critical concern for all workplaces. The polarization of the political factions and the constant media purveying significantly negative news from all sides of the country and the world, continue the onslaught of the fear of the future, the characterization of the other side of the coin as “bad, evil, completely wrong” is taking its toll on top of the PTSD in the wake of COVID.  HR needs to be prepared to deal with the tensions and difficulties that will impact our people, our business and our environments.  What do we need to do to be prepared?

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • Culture - what is, what do we want, what are the pain point in our workplace
  • How to proactively prepare the workplace to deal with all with grace and remain productive
  • HR’s role and what they should be prepared to deliver

Who Will Benefit:

  • HR
  • Business Leaders
  • Employees
